Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and packed for dispatch in Foshan through our fulfilment and production-partner network. We ship worldwide on tracked, delivered-duty-paid lines through our export-logistics network, quote live rates at checkout, and provide tracking after dispatch. Any inspection or QC scope for a trade programme is confirmed in its written brief.

Ready-stock jewellery is dispatched in 3-5 business days. Items that are not in stock, made-to-order, packaging, or OEM pieces are dispatched in 10-15 business days.

Check your shipping cost

Pick your country and a parcel weight below for live carrier rates, straight from the system we use at checkout. We default to 1 kg, about one retail jewellery parcel, and pre-fill the capital city and a sample postcode, so edit any field to match your shipment for a closer estimate. Each line shows its own transit estimate; where a line does not return one, allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Don't see your country? Ask us and we will check the route.

Large orders: because every rate is delivered duty paid, the duty and tax are calculated from your order value, so a very high-value order may not return a live rate at checkout. If that happens, try an order of around US$60 to confirm the route, then contact us for a bulk quote on the full quantity.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email within 48 hours of dispatch. Follow your parcel from the order detail in your account, or through our shipping partner page.

No tracking email within 48 hours of dispatch? Check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Customs & duties

You choose how import duties and taxes are handled at checkout:

  • DDP — we handle customs for you. Import duties and taxes are collected together with your shipping charge at checkout, plus a customs-clearance service fee of about 5-8% of the order value. Nothing more is collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. For EU destinations this is the default.
  • Prepay import VAT with your own IOSS number (EU). If you hold an IOSS number (IM + 10 digits), enter it at checkout and your rate covers freight only — you account for import VAT through your own IOSS registration. A VAT or EORI number alone does not remove import VAT on EU parcels.
  • Clear customs in your own name (outside the EU). Enter your local tax ID at checkout and pay duties directly to your authorities — often the cheapest route for registered businesses, since import VAT is usually reclaimable.
  • Bulk and high-value orders ship by commercial express. Orders above the small-parcel limits (for example EU orders over €150) automatically ship by UPS, DHL or FedEx with formal customs clearance — there is no order-value ceiling. Import duties and taxes for these express shipments are payable by the receiver on delivery, shown clearly next to the rate at checkout. Shipping on your own courier account is also supported.

A handful of destinations cannot be shipped duty-paid — we flag those before you order. Duty and tax rules change periodically; the guidance above is offered in good faith and is not tax advice.

Undelivered orders & incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed at a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local carrier depot, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
