These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jewena website at jewena.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully.

Agreement

By accessing or using jewena.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Orders

Prices on the site are shown in euros or US dollars, depending on your region. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance — acceptance happens when your order ships.

Pricing & Payment

Product prices do not include taxes, VAT or import duties. Depending on the option you choose at checkout, duties and taxes are either collected together with your shipping charge (DDP, plus a customs-clearance service fee of about 5-8% of the order value) or assessed by your local authorities on delivery (see our Shipping Info page). Payment is due at the time of order. We currently accept PayPal at checkout. If your payment cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, delivery windows and carrier information are set out on our Shipping Info page. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer on delivery of the parcel to the address you provided.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers): Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with your order number. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. This right does not apply to customized OEM/ODM samples or final-sale items.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including images, designs, photography, logos, product names, copy and code — is owned by or licensed to Jewena and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

User Content

When you submit reviews, photos or other content to the site, you grant Jewena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt that content on the site, in marketing, and on our social channels. You confirm that your content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and the product information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewena’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order or your use of the site is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in effect. The seat of arbitration will be Foshan, the language of arbitration will be English, and the arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at any time if you breach these Terms or use the site in a way that could harm Jewena, other customers or third parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
