I'm very pleased with the jewelry I received from Jewena. The pieces are beautiful, well-made in appearance, and look just as nice in person as I had hoped. I carefully inspected the jewelry and did not notice any visible defects or quality issues. The designs are attractive, and the overall presentation is lovely. I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to ordering again!

Shipping was a bit slow, the product is decent, and the seller’s response time wasn’t very fast—overall, it’s alright.

Good quality, but the website could be better. I'm here for the store credit offer.

Payment kept failing because PayPal was the only option, and I don't have a PayPal account.
