How do I order a sample?
Straight from the site. Every ready-stock product can be bought from one piece at the price shown — there is no sample request form to fill in and no quote to wait for.
Is there a sample surcharge?
No separate sample fee; you pay the listed per-piece price plus shipping. That price is simply the 1-piece tier, and it steps down at 3 and 10 pieces when you reorder in quantity.
Can a sample carry my logo?
For most SKUs, yes — laser engraving is US$1 per piece. A few cannot be engraved because of their shape or finish, so confirm the exact pieces with us before you order.
How quickly do samples ship?
Ready stock leaves Guangzhou in 3-5 business days. Anything that needs engraving or customisation takes 10-15 business days.
How is sample shipping charged?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the actual weight and your destination country, so you see the figure before you pay rather than being invoiced afterwards.
