How We Share Your Information
We share limited personal information with service providers that help us operate our store. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Payment processor (PayPal) — to process transactions securely.
- Shipping carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, Cainiao, national postal services) — to deliver your order.
- Email service provider (Resend) — to send transactional and marketing emails you’ve signed up for.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) — to understand how visitors use the site.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, to protect rights, or to investigate suspected fraud.
Service Providers and Third-Party Tools
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and only receives the data needed to perform its task.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, Ireland/USA): aggregated traffic, device and conversion analytics. Runs in Google Consent Mode v2. When Analytics is enabled in Cookie Settings, the site’s current setting may start analytics before an explicit choice; select Reject Non-Essential or turn Analytics off to stop future collection.
- Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): container that loads the analytics and marketing tags listed in this section.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd): aggregated session replays and heatmaps used to diagnose layout and checkout issues. Clarity is enabled only while Analytics is on in Cookie Settings; Reject Non-Essential or turning Analytics off stops future collection and removes its cookies. It contains no advertising identifiers, and form fields, payment numbers and other sensitive inputs are automatically masked by Clarity before any data leaves your browser.
- Google Sign-In (Google LLC): optional “Continue with Google” sign-in. When you choose it, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us so we can create or match your Jewena account. We never receive your Google password. You can revoke this access any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
- PayPal (PayPal Pte. Ltd. / PayPal Inc.): processes card and PayPal payments. Card details are handled directly by PayPal and never reach our servers.
- Email delivery (Resend, BT Panel SMTP): transactional and marketing email transport.
- Shipping rate API (Silverbene): live multi-carrier rates at checkout (DHL Packet/Express, FedEx, YunExpress, Cainiao). Only your destination country, postal code and parcel weight are shared to calculate the quote.
First-party Anonymous Visit Analytics
We record a pseudonymous random browser/session ID, pathname, click/form/commerce event names, active time, scroll depth and hashed advertising click IDs. We do not store raw IP, complete User-Agent, form values or account identity in this system. Raw page/event detail is kept for up to 90 days and anonymous session summaries for up to 400 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:
- Access a copy of your personal information.

- Delete your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations, such as tax).
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing.
- For California residents: opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by the CCPA.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies

- Strictly necessary cookies and tools — keep your cart, sign-in session and checkout working. These cannot be turned off.
- Functional cookies — remember your selected country/currency, language, wishlist items, and recently viewed products to improve usability.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand site traffic and improve performance.

- Anonymous analytics: raw page/event detail is retained for up to 90 days; pseudonymous session summaries for up to 400 days.
