Custom Jewellery OEM/ODM Production

Turn a sketch, reference link or tech pack into a reviewed sample route, packaging plan and bulk quote. Stainless steel and 316 options are confirmed for the named brief.

(02) The production route

We do not resell a vague contact. We quote a buildable route.

Jewena places production with partner factories in the Guangdong jewellery clusters around Dongguan and Foshan, and brings in specialist factories where a technique or finish needs one. Boutiques and independent brands can bring a reference or full tech pack; we review feasibility, sample route, finish risk and packaging before bulk. OEM/ODM runs start at 50 pieces per design in 316 or 316L, and at 30 pieces for returning customers.

Minimum order

OEM/ODM production starts at 50 pieces per design, in 316 or 316L stainless steel. Returning customers can go as low as 30 pieces per design, quoted per project. Ready stock is separate and carries no minimum at all — you can order a single piece.

316 and 316L

On custom runs you choose the grade: we place production in 316 or 316L to your written specification, and the grade goes into the quote and into the order. Ready-stock lines are a different route — they are sold simply as stainless steel, without a grade claim on the listing.

Ask us before you order. Some SKUs cannot be laser-engraved at all, and some carry a minimum of their own — it depends on the individual SKU. We confirm it for the pieces you have actually picked rather than promise a storewide rule.

(04) Working with us

How our OEM/ODM process works, step by step

An OEM or ODM order runs through six stages: design intake, a written quotation, sampling, production with partner factories, quality control, and shipping from Guangzhou. The sequence above is what happens to the metal; this is what happens between you and us. Each stage ends with something you can read or hold — a written quote, a sample in your hand, an inspection result — before the next one starts.

01 Design intake

Send whatever you already have: a hand sketch, a photo of a piece you like, a product link, a CAD file or a full tech pack. Nothing has to arrive in a particular format, and where the reference is only a photograph the missing engineering detail is settled later on the sample rather than guessed at now.

02 Quotation

You get a written quote covering the material, the finish route, the packaging and the unit price at your quantity. OEM/ODM production starts at 50 pieces per design in 316 or 316L stainless steel, and at 30 pieces for returning customers; ready stock is a separate route with no minimum at all.

03 Sampling

CAD modelling and a physical sample come before any bulk order, and the model is adjusted there for the mould, the finish and repeatable production. Sample cost and lead time are quoted per design — a plain band and a stone-set piece are not the same job, so we do not publish one figure for both.

04 Production

Bulk is produced with partner factories in the jewellery clusters around Dongguan and Foshan in Guangdong, worked against the approved sample rather than the original drawing. Where a technique or a finish needs a specialist — PVD colour matching, stone setting, enamel — that part is placed with a factory that does it every day.

05 Quality control

Our production team checks each batch against the approved sample: finish and plating tone, stone security, engraving placement, dimensions and weight. If a test requirement was agreed in writing before sampling, it stays scoped to the named SKU or batch — we do not issue a blanket certificate covering the catalogue.

06 Shipping

Finished goods leave Guangzhou directly, with tracking, to more than 60 destinations, packed under your label where that has been agreed. Ready stock dispatches in three to five working days; a custom run ships once production and inspection are signed off, on the date confirmed in your quotation.

(05) Finishes and capability

Pick a finish. We quote the route.

Available finish routes depend on the named material, design and partner factory. Confirm the approved sample, finish specification and care guidance before bulk production.

(08) FAQ

Questions buyers ask before starting a custom run

Do you support CAD files and custom designs?

Yes. A CAD file, a tech pack, a hand sketch, a reference photograph or a product link are all workable starting points, and you do not need finished drawings to get a project reviewed. CAD modelling from your reference is part of the sample route, and the model is adjusted there for the mould, the finish and repeatable production; the engineering detail is confirmed on an approved physical sample rather than on paper.

What is the minimum order for a custom jewellery design?

Fifty pieces per design, in 316 or 316L stainless steel. Returning customers can go as low as 30 pieces per design, quoted per project. Ready stock is a separate route and carries no minimum at all, so a boutique can order a single piece to see how a design sells before committing to a custom run.

Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes, and we would rather you did: nothing goes into bulk until you have approved a physical sample, and the bulk run is then worked against that sample. Sample cost and lead time are quoted per design once we have read the brief, because tooling, stones and finish decide the work involved.

Can you engrave my logo on the jewellery?

On a custom run, yes: logo engraving, logo tags, hangtags, warranty cards and custom boxes are quoted together with the order. On ready stock, ask before you order — some SKUs cannot be laser-engraved at all and some carry a minimum of their own, so we confirm it for the pieces you have actually picked rather than promise a storewide rule.

Who actually makes the jewellery?

Production is placed with partner factories in the jewellery clusters around Dongguan and Foshan in Guangdong, with specialist factories brought in where a technique or a finish needs one. Design intake, quotation, sampling, inspection and shipping are handled by us on one thread, so you are not coordinating several workshops yourself.
