We work from 3D files only
A photo, a sketch or a product link can be read more than one way, and that is where custom orders go wrong. A 3D file fixes every dimension, so there is nothing left to interpret: everything we make follows your 3D file.
To avoid misunderstandings, we accept 3D files only. Without a 3D file we don't take a custom project forward.

Up to 5 files per request, 100 MB per file and 200 MB in total. Large files upload in small parts, so a dropped connection only resends the part that failed.
Photos, sketches, PDFs, screenshots and product links can't be used as the production reference.

Our production team reviews every file against the steel you chose. What happens next depends on one question: can the piece be produced from your file as drawn?

Paid sample
The sampling fee is typically about US$100 per style, and samples are ready in 15–30 days. Nothing goes into bulk production until you approve the physical sample.
Bulk production
Made against the approved sample and your file, on the lead time confirmed in your quote.
Inspection and shipping
Each batch is checked against the approved sample, then shipped from Guangzhou with tracking.

Can I send a photo, sketch or product link instead of a 3D file?
No. We only accept 3D files, such as 3DM, STL, OBJ or STEP. A photo or a sketch can be read more than one way, and that is where custom orders go wrong; a 3D file fixes every dimension, and we produce the piece exactly as the file is drawn. Without a 3D file we don't take a custom project forward.
What is the minimum order for a custom design?

Should I choose 316, 316L or 304 stainless steel?
304 is the standard 18/8 stainless steel and the most economical of the three. 316 contains molybdenum and resists corrosion better than 304. 316L is the low-carbon version of 316, but the 316L process can't produce very complex designs; for pieces with fine detail or intricate shapes, choose 316 or 304.
What happens if my design can't be produced?
Our production team reviews every file against the steel you chose. If the piece can be made from your file, we contact you by email within 5 working days with a quote. If it can't, we don't follow up: no reply within 5 working days means the design can't be produced as drawn.
