01 - Materials

Built on one honest base.

Each product page should be read at SKU level: material and finish come from that product's specifications. Samples and written briefs confirm the actual build before a bulk order.

See the six stations
01 316 stainless steelWhere a named SKU specifies 316 stainless steel, that material is recorded in the product or brief. Finish, care guidance and reorder specifications are confirmed per SKU.
02 PVD coatingGold, rose-gold, black and silver-tone finishes bonded to the steel surface - stronger daily-wear colour than flash plating, matched batch to batch.
03 Stones and enamelCZ, moissanite and enamel details are specified per design. Seat strength and edge finish are confirmed before any bulk run starts.
04 Locked colour standardsApproved samples stay on the bench. Reorders are matched against the original standard under daylight, not against memory.
02 - Production
From blank to boxed.

Six common stages between raw material and a packed order. The imagery is illustrative; the actual material, finish and route vary by approved SKU specification.

Material prep
01
Material prep

316 blanks and wire are cut and formed to the approved spec. Weight targets set here decide everything downstream.

Casting and forming
02
Casting and forming

Tooling, wax and torch work shape the piece for repeatability: clean edges, stable weight, no surprises on the reorder.

Grinding and polishing
03
Grinding and polishing

Surfaces and contact points are ground smooth before any colour goes on. This bench decides how the piece feels on skin.

PVD finishing
04
PVD finishing

Colour is bonded after surface prep - gold, rose, black or silver-tone, matched to the approved sample or stock standard.

Stone setting
05
Stone setting

CZ, moissanite and enamel go in after the base is finished. Seats are checked so stones survive shipping and daily wear.

QC and handwork
06
QC and handwork

Colour match, clasp function, stone security, size and weight - checked piece by piece against the confirmed standard.

03 - Production references

Illustrative imagery, clearly labelled.

The photographs on this page are illustrative production references, not images of a Jewena-owned factory. The actual partner, workshop evidence, inspection scope and video availability are confirmed for the named programme before an order.

Production route

Per brief

Partner and process are confirmed against the named SKU or custom brief.

Capacity

Per quote

Available capacity is confirmed in the written quote after the SKU and timing are known.

Process

Multi-step

Casting, polishing, finishing, setting and packing steps vary by approved specification.

Inspection

Per order

Inspection method and any third-party requirement are agreed before production.

04 - Quality requirements

Inspection points agreed per order.

01 Surface and colour match When included in the written brief, surface and colour can be compared with the approved sample using the agreed method.
02 Function and stone security When agreed, clasps, hinges, posts and stone seats can be included in the functional inspection scope.
03 Size and weight When agreed, sizes, lengths and weights can be checked against the named tech pack or order specification.
04 Count and labelling Labelling and packing-count checks are included only where stated in the written order brief.

Material and finish records vary by supplier, SKU and batch; no blanket certificate is implied. State any testing or document requirement before sampling so its availability and scope can be confirmed in writing.

Repeatability comes from confirming the named material, finish sample, QC checklist and packing brief for each programme.
