Tell us what you want made.
We reply inside one business day with feasibility, sample path, mould needs, finish risk, and the earliest sample date.
Before you send a brief.
What is the minimum for a custom design?
50 pieces per design in 316 or 316L stainless steel, and 30 pieces per design for returning customers. The minimum is per design rather than per order.
What do you need from me to quote?
A sketch, reference photo, product link or a full tech pack — whichever you already have. Material, finish, stones, logo placement and packaging are all confirmed against that brief before anything is costed.
Can you modify an existing design instead of starting from scratch?
Often yes, and it is usually the cheaper route: changing a plating colour, a stone or a chain on an existing mould avoids new tooling entirely. Tell us which product you want to start from.
Do I see a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. A sample is approved before any bulk run starts. Sampling time is quoted once the brief has been reviewed rather than promised in advance.
Who owns the design?
Yours stays yours. Designs you bring to us are not added to our own stock range.
