The steps at 3 and 10 pieces apply per SKU rather than per order, so a mixed basket keeps every line priced on its own quantity. Ordering a single piece is always allowed at the single-piece price.

Unit price alone hides freight. Measured on orders we have despatched, freight per piece was USD 14.54 on a 1-piece order to Ireland, 3.38 at 5 pieces to Italy, 1.06 at 23 pieces to the US, 1.04 at 58 pieces to Portugal and 0.65 at 15 pieces to Great Britain. Freight per piece flattens out around ten pieces.

No, these are product prices. Freight is quoted for the actual parcel and destination at checkout before payment. On the duty-paid line to the US, UK and EU that checkout total already includes import duty and VAT, so nothing is owed at the door.
