How ordering works
Approved SKUs are ordered per sale; each order is packed neutrally and dispatched to the end customer's address, with tracking provided to the store for every parcel.
For online stores testing styles without holding inventory, Jewena supports blind dropshipping on eligible ready-stock 316 stainless-steel SKUs. Jewena produces through its established factory network in Guangdong's jewellery cluster, alongside additional specialist factories for specific finishes and techniques; for dropshipping it acts as the stockholder and dispatch point.
